This Way My Muse III, 2009

This is a photo of a stairway to the top of a tower in Perugia, Italy. It was taken in July of 2009, a few days before my wedding in Gubbio, Italy. It is the title piece for the name of my blog because the stairs turn to the left towards an unseen destination and only a hint of the left-turning step is visible, expressing the sense of mystery that I find in the passageways and stairways when I take photos.
